From pitch decks and sales presentations to investor reports and keynote slides, we transform your content into presentations that inspire, persuade, and deliver results.
Most presentations fail in the first thirty seconds — not because the slides look bad, but because the thinking behind them was never finished.
We built SlideSigners around a simple conviction: a presentation is a piece of strategic writing that happens to be visual. Before a single pixel is placed, we pressure-test the narrative, sharpen the argument, and write the headlines a real audience would remember.
Only then does design enter the conversation. The decks we ship have shipped rounds, closed enterprise deals, and held attention on conference stages — because the thinking underneath them was already sound.
We work with founders, sales leaders, marketing teams, and executives who care about how their ideas are received. If you've ever watched a stakeholder nod politely at the wrong slide, you already know why this matters.
A 30-minute kickoff call to align on objective, audience, and tone. We leave with your raw material — slides, docs, data, prior decks — and a written brief within 48 hours.
We outline the narrative, write headlines for every slide, and structure the deck slide-by-slide. You approve the architecture before any visual design begins.
Visual design in your brand system, including data visualization, iconography, and motion where it earns its place. Source files in PPTX, Keynote, or Google Slides.
Two structured revision rounds, then final delivery — exported as PDF, PPTX, and presenter notes. We stay on call for the first time you present it live.
For a focused, high-stakes deck — one round, one objective, delivered fast.
The full design process — narrative architecture, brand integration, and source files.
For teams that ship decks every month — a dedicated designer and a 48-hour rush lane.
Most projects run 5–7 business days from kickoff to final delivery. A Starter-tier deck (up to 10 slides) ships in 5 days; a Studio-tier deck (up to 20 slides) ships in 7 days. Enterprise clients on retainer get a 48-hour rush lane for urgent needs.
If you have a hard deadline — a board meeting, a demo day, a conference — tell us in the first call and we'll structure the timeline around it.
Yes — all three. We design in your tool of choice and deliver native source files, not flattened PDFs. If your team lives in Google Slides, we build there. If your enterprise mandates PowerPoint, we build there.
For keynote presentations, we'll also ship a Keynote version with motion built natively. Tell us your delivery context and we'll match it.
Absolutely. Send us your brand book, slide master, typography, and any existing decks we should reference. We'll design within the system — and quietly extend it where the deck demands something the brand book didn't anticipate.
If you don't have a formal brand system, we'll establish a presentation-specific visual language for the deck and document it for future use.
Yes, for an additional 40% fee on Starter and Studio tiers. Rush projects must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and ship within 72 hours of brief approval. We accept a maximum of two rush projects per week to protect quality.
Enterprise retainer clients have a 48-hour rush lane included in their monthly plan.
Each project includes the revision rounds specified in its tier (one for Starter, two for Studio). Once those rounds are exhausted, additional revisions are billed at $180/hour with a one-hour minimum.
For ongoing needs — quarterly investor updates, monthly sales decks, recurring webinars — the Enterprise plan is almost always more cost-effective.
Yes, as a standard part of our process. We work with pre-revenue startups, public companies, and funds — confidentiality is the default, not the exception. Send your NDA with the brief, or use ours.
All client work is kept private unless you explicitly grant permission to feature it in our portfolio. Most of our case studies are anonymized for that reason.
Yes — that's the majority of what we do. Before any visual design begins, we pressure-test the narrative, write headlines for every slide, and restructure the argument where it's weak. This is what we mean by "treats slides as strategic writing."
If you already have a fully written narrative, we'll respect it and focus on visual execution. If you don't, this is where we'll spend most of our time together.
Starter and Studio projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due on final delivery (net 15). Enterprise retainers are billed monthly in advance.
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe, plus bank transfer for amounts over $5,000. Invoices are issued in USD.
Whether you have a fully written brief or just the seed of an idea, we'd rather hear from you early. The earlier we're in the room, the more we can shape the thinking — not just the slides.
